Michele and Michael were the ultimate professional tag team. They were extremely helpful in introducing us to the Naples and Bonita Spring's markets. They were very patient with us and very responsive. Michele guided us through all the details of what needed to be done in term of paperwork and places to go, and Michael was very instrumental in helping with the inspection and finding the proper technical experts to resolve all the issues. They had a solution for every issue we encountered and they made the process, very easy.

I met Michele and Mike by accident when I was only exploring the idea of buying a condo, not seriously looking, but we hit it off and they started to show me properties that would help me understand the different areas of the community and the difference in the market among those communities in order to help me narrow down where and what kind of property I wanted. There was no pressure and their knowledge of the community was very helpful. Ultimately, I decided to go ahead and buy, mostly because Michele was astute enough to know there was some opportunity for a particular property I had been interested in. Michele and Mike provided excellent professional service throughout the process, communicating regularly and making sure I had all the information I needed to complete each step. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely work with them again.

Michele and Michael are the best! They were very easy to work with and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Their advice was spot on... they know what they are doing. They went WAY out of their way to help us in all aspects of selling the condo. When there were problems to solve, they knew what to do and who to call on, which was a relief to us because it was a long-distance sale. I can't recommend Michele and Michael enough.
